No. Most clients prefer to be away during installation. We coordinate directly with your agent and handle everything.
We recommend booking 2–3 weeks before your target list date. For vacant staging, 3–4 weeks is ideal to allow time for sourcing and scheduling.
Yes. Many of our projects are referred by Houston's top agents. We offer preferred pricing for agents who refer multiple listings per year.
We serve all of Houston and the surrounding areas, including River Oaks, Memorial, Tanglewood, West University, Bellaire, The Woodlands, and Sugar Land.
Our occupied staging includes a complimentary re-stage if your property hasn't sold within 30 days. We'll reassess and refresh the presentation at no additional cost.
